Hey there <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
My hair is naturally very very curly (but wont curl into ringlets), quite frizzy, and course.
I dye my hair frequently, and I also straighten it all the time, so I no longer wear it naturally.

I would like to get extentions, straight and long ones.
Would I be able to have hair extentions, and dye and straighten my hair still?
Would my natural hair type cause any problems?
I would like to have synthetic hair, because I am led to believe they are less expensive than human hair ones, but would this be unwise due to my heat styling?
Also, what method is most widely used to attach extensions?

Thanks for reading <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Synthetic hair will frizz or melt with a flat iron.

Also, what method is most widely used to attach extensions? I see glue application most widely used.

I really wouldnt get the extensions. I know they are very popular now via Paris Hilton, but she's also like, a billion-aire and can afford the up keep. You have to go in every 6-8 weeks just to have the extensions "tightened" so they dont fall out which can cost anywhere from 60$ and up. Also, synthetic hair looks extremely FAKE,and it will melt when heat is applied. Just for inital set,it will cost between hundreds and thouands of dollars. And...it will most likely ruin your hair! The most common method IS to glue them in. Just think,if you leave yours alone,it could be super long in 6months to a year, and it will all yours!
