Can anyone here put me in touch with a USA based HAIKU book publisher? I have two books of HAIKU already written and am working on a third, but am not having much luck getting publishers of regular poetry to even read my manuscripts. The first two are "free form" HAIKU based on nature as the original masters wrote. They are, of course, in the English language. The third book is in 5/7/5 format, also based on natural elements, i.e. the natural beauty of the earth and animals.

I don't know of any US publishers who specialize in haiku. You should expect to have not much luck in getting publishers to read any of your unsolicited manuscripts - it is the nature of the business.

It has been alleged that there are more writers of books of poetry than there are readers of books of poetry.

Have you given any thought to self-publishing?
