I might have an idea, but won't know for sure until you elaborate a little. Can you quote a passage where that term is used? We might all find it interesting!

Lightworker is another term for a healer. But you don't necessarily have to be one by profession. Lightworkers consciously and unconsciously work with the "Light" to affect healing and usually understand that they are part of a bigger picture when it comes to healing others and the planet.

Lightworkers are usually very spiritual, and feel "called" to their path.

I hope that helps a bit. It's become a very common term and you can bring up loads of information on any search engine just by typing in "lightworker."

I read a book about Reiki and it said that have lightworkers success more quickly. I also read books on Shamanism, chakera thereapy, and other massage therapy related books and i figured that it had something to do with healing but i wasn't sure if it was something they are born with, called too, or part of a religian....
i will try to google it and see what comes up thank you. does anyone else have any idea? id love to hear from you all and see what i come up with on the search too!!!

I think Deanna summed the term up well. Lightworker does refer to people who work with the Light. I'm one, consciously deciding to work this way, so is Deanna...and so are lots of you.

The planet needs as many people working in the Light as possible as we are going through a time of immense transition. I channelled a message recently about the need for this. We become like a network (bit like the internet!) that connects together forming a grid of light across the world & helping to raise its vibration. We don't individually have to do anything- just work in the Light.
