:rolleyes: I was just wondering what is everyone's favorite yarn/thread? For yarn I like Lion brand wool ease best. For thread I guess Aunt Lyndia's. I haven't experimented with too many brands when it comes to thread. I'm limited to Wal-mart and the internet. I had some with slightly sluby texture but it had no name on it. I like it best but don't know where to get more. So, what's your fav and where do you get it?

Well Yarn is a hard choice for me because unfortuneatly I have never met a yarn that I didn't like <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Now thread is a different story, I am addicted to DMC cebelia , I love that stuff and it is so easy to work with, plus it comes in a variety of colors.

I enjoy crocheting with Cebelia thread too but where do you find it? Thanks in advance TIA

I really don't have a favorite. I mean, there are yarns I prefer, but mainly because they're the most inexpensive and the easiest to find (Red Heart SuperSaver, and Caron Perfect match)...... and the thread I prefer (again, mainly because I can find several sizes of it, albeit in only 2 colors, white and ecru) is Coat&Clark Big Ball. I would really love to try working with some locally hand-spun yarns. But I don't really know where to find them, and probably don't have the money to buy them anyway. --Kati
