A 10 yr. old girl has been charged with tampering with evidence.

When the detectives entered the home she was caught
throwing bags of crack cocaine out of the window.
Her mother told her to keep her mouth shut and to remember
the code.

Over $7,000 worth of crack cocaine was seized.
This goes beyond child abuse.
I'm not sure if I would ever allow this mother legal rights
and custody to her child again.

My sentiments exactly, and I have been thinking more about this child since my initial post and I have my answer now, she should never get that child back.

That's up there with selling your child for crack and by no means to me should you ever get them back.

And, I do realize never is a very longtime, but some things are just plain deal breakers.

This little girl is not even finished her childhood but her feral mother has managed to ruin her.

How can this be allowed to happen?

I have learned, that anything is possible, but I'm hoping this is an IMPROBABLE!

This child only has 8 years left, before she becomes an adult.
The 1st ten years of her life and she's been taught these morals, these ethics ...

It will possibly take those many years to deprogram her and teach her what normal is,
or at least a normal that she has never known.

And, the mother is 30, my goodness!
I pity the person who tries to teach her a different way of living and parenting skills.

I wonder what other type of lifestyle this child was subjected to within the walls of her home?

She should have no right to have anymore children.The goverments claim to be interested in child protection but if this were true sureley they would steralise feral beeders like this "lady"

I Would love for this child to enter my home so I can show her what normal is and to show her that shes suppose to be a 10 yr old playful and loving kid, Not a slave for bossing or doing bad things...Omg friends she probably dont even know what bad is!!!!!!! Terrible I will pray for this child to come home safe and to not be charged with this ridiculous crime. for her to get convicted is aweful...i realize she was only trying to help her mom..but her mother shouldnt of put this little girl in this situation in the first place...if the mother knew she was gonna be selling drugs and having them in the household she could have sent her little girl to clearly live with someone else, her father, or another family member...having drugs in the household is an endangerment to anyone, children or otherwise and if the police had known about the drugs sooner this little girl could have been taken away and placed somewhere and this mother would have never gotten her back. but someone would have stepped in alot sooner, this girl may have been spared and probaly could have had a decent childhood.. this girl is 10 years old there is no telling how long this mother has had drugs in the household...and to think this mother actually was teaching her daughter that all this was ok, as long as she didnt tell....how sickening

That is insane. I hope they are only using the charge to get the little girl far away from her mother and find some loving patient soul to take her in.

I hope she gets what is comming to her aswell but who knows she will probably tell a sob story to the judge saying how haaaaard her life is bla bla bla....These loosers make so many exuses but they never look at themselves.

This kid will need years of thearapy if she is to grow into a well adjusted adult and if they ever give her back to her mother then that will be the biggest injustice of all.

I wish for a positive outcome for the little girl as well..

No, I haven't...but I need to put that on my "To Do List."
