I bought some fleece fabric and today I started my project. On the edge of the fabric it says "do not use for childrens sleepwear". Why? I would appreciate any info I can get. Barbara <img src="/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
Perhaps the type of fleece you have has not been treated with a Flame Retardant that is required to be used in children's sleepwear. For more information on children's sleepwear requirements:
Like Cheryl said, it probably has to do with flame retardancy - but I know that if you make the pajamas snug then there shouldn't be any risk in having them catch on fire, too.
