Hi..newbie here ....I'm not a hardcore embroiderer but have done some.I snatched some pics online and want to put on a shirt as a patch.
I made into an iron-on and put on white material and embroidered the design.Now I want to sew on a shirt but need to put something on the back to secure the stitches so if I snag a little I wont unravel the whole color.
Would appreciate any advice that you can give.
Sorry about being long winded but it's the only way to make myself understand what I'm asking of you.

why not use that iron on stuff that quilters use...fuseable webbing i think is what its called.

Welcome to the forum Frank!

Fusible webbing is what I would recommend that you put on the back of it - perhaps a couple of layers. It's also called Iron-On Vilene.
