Bravo! It's always nice to see Lady Justice prevail.
Those were beautiful pictures of Mr. Atkins and his wife.
Nice ending to a tragedy.

thank you for posting this info. 50 in Texas alone? Mind-boggling how they can consider the death penalty in light of this information. Also kudos to those attorneys who donate their time pro bono to the DNA Innocence Project.

Isn't that sad.

Society would really be astounded as to how many Innocent people go to prison.

Alot of people, don't concern themselves with this type of criminal injustice, based on the fact they
Truly believe the only people who are falsely convicted are those who may have already had a criminal past or a brush with the law.

However, that is So Not True.

It happens to everyday honest and hardworking individuals, like Me and You. It could happen to anyone, just find yourself facing off with an overzealous prosecutor, out to make a name for themselves.

This opened the door for an overzealous I'm going to make a name for myself and teach you a lesson for drinking in that van....

Chris was charged with vehicular homicide and sent to prison, but his memory began to come back as his brain began to heal & he remembered he wasn't driving.
