Well, for most of Us, who followed Cody Posey's Trial
We got, He got, the Outcome we hoped for.

He was sentenced as a Juvenile.
Cody will be released at age 21.
There is a great debate, as to what will happen
with and for Cody, upon his release.

I'm glad to see more Votes of Yes, have been casted for Cody.

Here's The Latest Update:

On 3/20/06 Cody Posey had a placement hearing.
Gary Mitchell was in attendance with Cody.
This was only a formality, being that Judge Counts has recommended
for Cody to return back to Sequouyah Juvenile Treatment Center.

Cody is still at the Youth Diagnostic Development Center,
Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, NM.

I thought he got longer sentencing? 25 years? Darn, and I thought I was following this story closer.

I did sympathize with Cody. Though murder is never appropriate, pops did brutalize him. That much was proved to me. Of course, the sister....well.

Hi Darling Poor,

Naw, Cody will be tasting freedom when he turns 21.
The sister was caught up in the cross fire of a psychologically tortured mind.

What a sad and tragic story, but I'm elated for the outcome with Cody.

I think it's hard to tell if he'll be a productive citizen. Hopefully, he will get counseling and a loving family.

I just rec'd some news from a very reliable source,

facility - Sequoyah.

Praise God!
