Last night for dinner I prepared the "Peppered Roast Pork" from the Hot & Spicy Food site here at Bellaonline. It was excellent. But when I was buying the pork loin I noticed that the grocery store sells "prime" pork versus regular pork. The price is about $1 a pound higher. I could not see a visible difference. I bought the regular but wondered if there is a real benefit/difference in the prime that makes it worth the $1 extra? Anyone know?
