If I remember correctly, I think Jeff Combs was nominated for the Lovecraftian actor award.

I personally like him best as Weyoun in Deep Space Nine (did you know he auditioned for Riker in The Next Generation?) but am also partial to him in The 4400.

There really is no one better than Bette Davis for doing that. You think she is your loving grandmother and in the next minute while she's rubbing your back, she is really just looking for a soft place to stick the knife in it.

Hush Hush Sweet Charolette will always be one of those movies that cannot be remade and no one could play the part like Bette Davis did.

I'm just adding my two to this thread, I love Heather Langenkamp as Nancy from 'Nighmare on Elm Street' she never got enough credit for that role in my opinion.
Loved Jeff in the re-make of 'The Fly' as well - brilliant acting going on.
I actually wouldn't be suprised if they re-made 'hush hush sweet charlotte' - these days it seems like nothing is sacred

Slightly OT - but Jeff Goldblum will be joining the cast of Law and Order CI this fall. THAT should be interesting.

In my opinion nobody played Dracula better than Bela Lugosi. I also liked James Marsters and Juliet Landau - Spike and Drusilla from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series.

Mrs. Danvers in Rebecca was spooky.

I love Buffy the Vampire Slayer (TV show) - Sarah Michelle as Buffy and Eliza Dushku as Faith were awesome, especially when they were fighting each other. Loved the episodes were Willow wen't all vengence after Tara was killed - she was fantastic. It was just a shame she didn't manage to send "Dawnie" back into a big energy ball. If ever I wanted a character to die it was whiney Dawn LOL. The rest of the cast were class

You know, I've often imagined in my mind what would happen if the Sunnydale crowd showed up in Collinwood (remember Dark Shadows?). My best matchup would be Angelique vs Drusilla. I wonder who would come out on top? It would also be interesting to see Barnabas vs Angelus. I think Barnabas would ignore Spike thinking he's just a badass punk. LOL
