Leah, I'd like to ask a few water-based questions. first, I like the way I feel and look after spending time in the steam room at the gym. do you know why steam is so beneficial? and should I drink water afterwards to avoid dehydration. I also like to put my face over a little steam in the morning, this also makes my skin feel more alive and emollient. Lastly, how much water do you recommend drinking each day?
