As a Christian, you are supposed to be under your husband's authority. And most pastor's would advise you that still counts even if your husband is a non-Christian unless it comes into direct conflict with God.
However that is going to put a major strain on your relationship. Because you two will have vastly different priorities. Also, what about children in the future? It is very hard to raise Christian children in today's society when both parents are Christians, much less when one doesn't care anything about God.
Think long and hard about this man. It could be that God is showing you his true sould now, before you step into a lifelong relationship with him. OR it could be that God is showing you that you need to gather some good Christian friends around you, and y'all need to get on your knees and pray for this man - and start teaching him about about Jesus.
