Sounds like the school officials are trying to backpedal over their true reason for firing her (which was witchcraft) and say it was for all these other reasons.
Witchcraft may not be a religion that I am particularly supportive of, but the law states clearly "separation of church and state". They cannot fire her because she practices witchcraft.
However I do believe if she is blacking out her classroom windows and some of the other things mentioned for ritualistic purposes, she does not need to be doing that on school grounds. She needs to refrain from those practices until she is in her home, or with her coven(?), or wherever it is that she would personally practice.
But I think she has a very good case on her hands.
