It is getting colder here so I have been working on bringing in all my houseplants. I have a pineapple plant I started last year and it loved being outside. I was checking all the plants yesterday and noticed that all the bottom leaves had turned yellow! I have moved it to a sunnier location, but am still worried about it. I guess if I lose one out of all the plants that were outside for the summer then I am doing good.

conniem...sorry to hear about your pineapple plant, hopefully it is just going through a shock period and will get over it. I have not brought my plants in yet, it is still warm here, but is getting cooler, so that task will be done soon.
We had a cold spell here and brought all the plants in and this week we have had record temps in the 90's. I think my pineapple is happier now...at least no more leaves have turned yellow! I am hoping one day it will decide to have a baby pineapple.
