This is my first time to post and wanted to pass along the name of a great permanent hair color product. As far as I know you can get it only at Sally Beauty Supply. It's called Water Works. It is the most gentle hair color I have ever used. So many of the ones we buy over the counter at the local Walmart or drug store are extremely drying and leave your hair feeling less than manageable. Water Works is a powder which when mixed with water (yes, water) becomes a permanent hair color. There are several shades, but no blonde shades. There is also another that is similar to Water Works and it is called Beijin. This one does have the lighter shades available. The cost of either of these products is very affordable...less than $5.00 per box and each box produces 4 oz of product. So if you have longer hair, I suggest buying 2 boxes.
