I usually visit every morning the excellent site www.myselfcontrol.com (i recommend it to you) and the tip that is waiting for me today was to discover what rests me. I really believe that it's very important for ouy life to find what exactly rests us. I would like to hear some ideas from you! I wonder what are the things that rests you?

Went in there it is very good with relaxing thoughts for the day, have saved it also forwrded it onto others.
