2 (1 1/2 pound) pork tenderloins

Seasoning salt to taste

2 cups apple juice

3/4 cup Bethlehem�s Best Apple Butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 Tbsp water

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground cloves



Preheat oven to 350 F.

Season the pork tenderloins with seasoning salt, and place them in 9 x 13 baking dish or small roasting dish with lid or aluminum foil.

Bake for 1 hour in the oven. While the pork is roasting, mix together the apple butter, brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and cloves. After the hour, remove the pork loins; spread the apple butter mix over them. Cover, return to the oven for 2 hours, or until fork tender.

Serves 6

That sounds absolutely delicious! I LOVE meats with a fruit salsa or pepper jelly or something like this glaze.. I'm going to try this one soon. Thanks hun! I posted an article on Bethlehem's Best products and they are superb! Absolutely tasty and high quality.. I love their Strawberry Inferno preserves and they have a Pineapple'N'Pepper sauce that is out of this world! Thanks for bringing that up. I fully intend on ordering more soon as they are so good.. thanks for the recipe again!
