I did a quick search and found:

dont you think the one directly under it would be easier to adapt? the shoulder and neckline can be copied, and the sleeves lengthened, but the only tricky thing is adding the ties in the front. would increasing/decreasing stitches work?

Oh I missed that one, you could just add on to the sides to make a tie. Join at the right/left and knit for desired row repeat for other tie.
