I like to drink lots of ice water. I also love Tim Horton's Iced Cappichinos and Starbucks Frappachino. They can get quite calorie intensive so I developed my own Moe's Mocha Refresher

What do you drink in the summer?

I drink iced water with a slice of lime at home and bottled water at work. We our own veggies and fruits - carrot and beetroot is good and in the evenings - a nice glass of chilled rose wine with loads of ice and a sliced strawberry or a few raspberries!

Mornings though it is still a cup of English breakfast tea!

LOL. The Chilled rose wine with ice and strawberries sounds excellent.

Green tea has been popular with my taste buds lately. I tend to brew a pot and drink it hot in the AM, and finish the cooler tea later in the day.

After speaking with my sister (the acupuncturist) about it, I tend not to drink iced water anymore. It's considered harsh for the body as it has to be warmed up to body temp internally. I will drink cool or cold water, just skip the ice. And I do tend to add a squeeze of lemon a lot more in the summer.

If I'm treating myself, an Odwalla Limeade is nice.
