here is my poem. This list was definately a challenge!

Creation is the coal
To keep my heart fire burning bright
Inspiration, the water of life
Washing away doubt
Making beauty from nothing
I walk the path
A student searching for a master
To find my center

I wanna play!

I am the student
I keep the world as my master
I focus on this bright path
I realize there is nothing I cannot learn
I am the coal
The world is the diamond
Knowledge flows like water
To the center of all

Thats awesome!!

OK...Here's mine...

Look not into the coal black heart
Of society for your center.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
Look instead into the center of yourself -
The clear, bright reflection from
The water of your soul.
There you will find student and master
To keep you to your path.

Coal burns the wood I chop
My Center holds the Water I carry

Doctor, find the way
To the treasure
He's wished for
All his life
Multiple tests
Always he exceeds
Expectations and
Your "statistics"
He is my treasure
I have studied
But I'm not ready
To start the final


That one's for my husband, who has cystic fibrosis and is awaiting a lung transplant.
