At normal bridal expos,you would take your maid of honor or fiance. I would think it's more of a maid of honor duty though. You end up with stacks of advertisements and later in the mail your address has been sold to tons more companies so your fiance will have time to go through what you bring home, if he wants.
For the link that you provided, you would definitely go with your fiance considering it's a couples contest thing.
