in the cavern of the stolen fayth

they are rare finds but can be caught easy (two strikes since they only have something like 13000 HP)

those are the normal tonberries

if you're after the more powerful tonberies then they are found in the Omega Ruins...again they are rare finds, but take a lot more to capture, it's best to use demi with break damage limit (ie, use Yuna and Lulu with their celestial weapons) to lower its life then capture it

anywhere really... I think maybe the big circular area might have the best luck...

if i remember right then i ran into them a bit more frequently in that spot when i could see the purple smoke in the bottom right corner...mind you that's probably a load of [censored]. But run in small circles in the circular area

Yeah, I ran around forever trying to capture ten tonberries and ghosts. I just ran back and forth from top to bottom. It took me a pretty good little while, but I finally did it.

There is a place in the cavern of the stolen fayth where you will encounter tonberries easily. There is a circular room on the right side of the mini-map and if you go to the far right side of this room there should be a hole in the wall that you can walk into. When you go into this area, your position will actually be off the edge of the mini-map. In this tiny room tonberries are common.

yeah, but those are the master tonberries, not the regular tonberries. There is a difference. For one, more HP, for seconds, the damage karma does. tonberries in cavern of stolen fayth, master tonberries in omega dungeon, don tonberry in monster arena
