I am really not to sure what you mean by &#8220;life lesson&#8221; so I am going to presume that it something that was said from your review of Life is Not a Dress Size By Rita Farro. &#8220;We are our own worst enemies. Farro insists our segregation from society is less to do with the food we eat and more to do with how we dress and carry ourselves in public&#8221;
