It might help to think that you're not going to do much at the competition itself to change your performance. You'll do the best you can, but "the best you can" is already determined by how many hours you've spent in training.

Having said, that, you can pick up a couple of extra fractions in forms competition. Your form performance is NOT the sole determiner of your score. Procedure, appearance, attitude and etiequette count. Project a confident (but not proud) attitude. Bow slowly and respectfully. The little fractions you get for these items might make the difference between nothing and a place or a place and a win. Practice your presentation when you practice your form.
