We are all human (nationality doesn't exist) which means we are part spirit and part material.
because of this spirit part we are all capable of spirit abilities, aka psychic ablities.
Materials cannot survive without spirit (without it there woudl be no energy for the atoms to bond)

Absolutely! Some people call it 'intuition' but the result is often the same - you knew it was going to happen. Maybe you were just thinking of someone and they call you or visit you. Or there is something that doesn't feel just right <img src="/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> I once went to my old office to work on a Sunday. I walked in and as I soon I stepped through the door. I felt the tiny hairs on my arm move and knew something was wrong. I turned around and locked the door and went to a corner telephone to call my boss. It turned out that someone had gone through the building and had taken cash, etc. Very spooky  Vannie

IMHO intuition is just logic, except unlike traditional logic it takes into consideration not only what the consicous tells you, but what the subconscious tells you as well.
If we have enough information, we can predict the consequences of events. Sometimes the subconscious provides us with the information we are lacking. The key to becoming psychic is looking for that information and utilizing your intuition to fill in the blanks.

Like in Vannie's case, she must have (even without realizing) noticed a subtle change in surroundings (something might have been moved slightly).
