I've been reading this book called 'Women Who Run with Wolves' by Clarrisa Pinkola Estes.
I'm wondering if anyone else has read this book and what they're thoughts are?

I know this post I am replying to was written last year but it seems to still be active, so here I go!

I have read and keep as my "Sacred Book" Women Who Run with the Wolves. This gem of wisdom is still, after 6 years, my reference for dreams, symbols, associations, and a basis for my individuation. I read it and re-read it whenever the courage to look inside me comes around, and blissfully for me, that is now my present everyday awareness.

This book was my introduction to Jungian archethypes, meaningful dreams as a way to progress in my growth, and the revelation that the sacred feminine was not just a myth ~ but a living, connecting, and potent life-manifesting element that belongs to each one of us, especially to, but not excluding, women.

As you can see, I could go on and on. If there is still someone interested in this forum subject, let's discuss this great subject!

I can add a few more examples here - Taisha Abelar "
The Sorcerer's Crossing: A Woman's Journey", and the books by Lynn Andrews - shaman traditions, womrn power...

I must get these books! They sound great. Another one I like is "Mists Of Avalon" by Marion Zimmer Bradley, which is an Arthurian legend about the women in his life, their POV.

Bradley writes beautifully and gives those women so much power and beauty.
