I just finished book two of the Midnighter's SeriesTouching Darkness. It is the story of five teens who are all born at Midnight, who have special powers to fight dark creatures that come to life at exactly midnight.

I just finished John Irving's A Widow for One Year. I think everytime I would leave the room, someone put a bigger book in its place. It took me forever to read it. It was good though.

I am giving my mind a break and reading Unlucky in Law by Perri O'Shaughnnessy. I love their books, but they are a quicker read. More relaxing.

Daddy-long-legs

Judy's words:

"Most people don't live; they just race. They are trying to rach some goal far away from the horizon, and in the heat of going they get so breathless and panting that they lose all sight of the beautiful, tranquil country they passing through; and then the first thing they know, they are old and worn out, and it doesn't make any difference wheather they've reached the goal or not "

"I have decided to sit down by the way and pile up a lot of little happiness, even if I never become a Great Author. Did you know such a philosopheress as I am developing into?"

I tend to read several books at once.

Currently I am reading "The Killing of Crazy Horse", I enjoy histories and have read that the account of the battle of the Little Big Horn is as good as has been published, "The Unauthorized Biography of Sherlock Holmes", a big fan of Holmes plus this provides social and cultural history of the Victorian, and "The Music of Pythagoras: How an Ancient Brotherhood Cracked the Code of the Universe and Lit the Path from Antiquity to Outer Space" as I can always use more insight into higher mathmatics.

I would like to read the books you mention, Frank -- they seem very interesting.

Right now I am reading "Lady Gregory's Complete Irish Mythology". I love reading Celtic stories and legends.
