I would like to know the best cruise ship to the Bahamas. I live near Port Canaveral in Florida.

There really isn't a "Best" cruise line going to the Bahamas. Out of Port Canaveral is the Carnival FANTASY and Royal Caribbean's "Sovereign of the Seas." Either ship is great. It really depends on the easiest day for you to depart, and what you want to pay.

Cruising to the Bahamas From Port Canaveral you have the choice of Carnival Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean and Disney Cruise Line. Royal Caribbean and Disney Provides a day at their private Islands making the trip more enjoyable. Those cruises are usually 3-4 days. You can Cruise Eastern Caribbean on RCCL for a 7 night cruise that also ports in Nassau.
