I'm on the web practically 24 hours a day and my wrist is really killing me now. I took the advice from one of the articles I read here and stopped using my mouse wrist rest (it was a cool slidy one) and have a cordless mouse. But it didn't help much.

I just found this really neat product - it lets you rest the mouse on your knee instead of up on a table. The reviews from it are pretty amazing. Has anyone tried this?

I had not seen this ... please do let us know how you like it. I too have been experiencing wrist soreness because of the lack of ergonomics in the way my computer is set up at home and at work both. Unfortunately I can't do anything to correct either situation so I'll try most anything to ease the pain.
