A lot of people have trouble losing weight, and there are all sorts of reasons they do. Your doctor would be the best person to determine what the situation is in your case and what the best way to address it is. Sometimes it's allergies, sometimes it's thyroids, sometimes it's other things.

The key in all cases is to eat healthy food, drink lots of water to keep your system flushed, and to exercise moderately. So while you make the appointment with your doctor I would get started on that.

Clear your house out of all junk food so it's not a temptation. Fill it with healthy snacks and meals. Get yourself large glasses or water pitchers or whatever it takes to start drinking more water. And get yourself a walking buddy or a gym membership or an exercise bike to help you motivate to do even mild exercise. If you're doing all three of those things, I'm sure you can make some progress

[color:"blue"] Um, eating lots of ramon noodles seems to do the trick for me, and so does pasta, really. [/color]

If motherhood doesn't interest you, don't do it. It didn't interest me, so I didn't do it. Anyway, I would have made a terrible parent. The first time my child didn't do what I wanted, I'd kill him."

LOL Well, ramen noodles and pasta don't have a ton of nutrients in them so I hope you're eating your veggies along with them! If all you did was eat ramen noodles and pasta all day, you'd come down with scurvy. Ick!
