OK, summer is coming and I'm back into the search for healthy snacks! I've heard recently that apples-and-peanut-butter isn't exactly healthy, even though I love it. And raisins are too sugary? Is anything safe?

My snacks are fruit -(they say theirs too much sugar in them too) and water.
Snacks are boring when you are trying to lose weight. :rolling:

Because of the natural frutose I would think apples are fine. Carrots and broccoli are great snacks also. a banana is a great energy booster, it is loaded with poatssium.Pretzel with low or no sodium are ok.

I like rice crackers, yogurt, brie on crackers (Triscuit or Wheat Thins), fruit, hot chocolate, popcorn, and sometimes a grilled cheese sandwich made with low-fat cheese and multi-grain bread.

My favorite is Wasa Sourdough cracker(35 calories) with Laughing Cow cheese (35 calories per wedge)
The Wasa Sourdough is thick and filling.

the sugarfree calci-yum puddings are great for wholesome snacks on the go. Theyre good as a desert, too, because they fulfill your sweet tooth, but they arent fattening. I work with Jell-o so ive been seeing all the new flavors lately. But good old chocolate is still my favorite!

try natural peanut butter rather than the other brands

My favorite snack is a fruit salad in the summer!
