OK, summer is coming and I'm back into the search for healthy snacks! I've heard recently that apples-and-peanut-butter isn't exactly healthy, even though I love it. And raisins are too sugary? Is anything safe?
Thanks for starting this thread - I'm always on the lookout for healthy snacks...and you're right, summer does make me want a fresh change! I agree that adding fruits and proteins to your diet is great...Since I swim, I love the summer months because I can exercise outside and it's so enjoyable. Now I have a whole bunch of snacks to bring poolside...a great way to stay in shape and stay healthy, too!
