Howdy, my friend Moss!
This is your ol' buddy pdwiles! I have a question, and I just knew you'd be the one who could answer it, cuz you are the queen of healthy cuisine! I'd like to find a low-sugar pumpkin pie recipe that would be good for diabetics. As you know, my 16 year old son has type 1. I'd like to be able to find a recipe for this so he can enjoy the tradition with the rest of us. He's a carb-counter, so we don't necessarily go by exchanges, and because he's a growing guy he gets to eat a nice amount of carbs at each meal. But I'm sure regular pumpkin pie would take up a huge amount of his carb count.
I just know that in your vast reservoir of resources you could help me solve my dilemma. Thanks, buddy!
Your friend, pdwiles
