I don't think you have enough room to list all of mine (heh heh) but here's some. Avocados they're just soooo good. I know they're good for you but not when you eat two or three in one sitting. Burgers and fries is a huge weakness for me. Brownies especially when I'm p.m.s.ing. Oatmeal cookies but only the homemade kind. Comfort foods like mac & cheese, mashed potaotes, that spinach they have at Boston Market, lasagna, bread pudding. I told you my list is long.... The cool thing is I eat super clean about 80% of the time plus I lift weights and do cardio 4 times a week so I can indulge and not feel guilty or gain weight. I love food too much to be one of those people who diets. You didn't say what your temptation foods are!!!

True, I didnt. So here goes.

When we travel, I find temptation lurking around every corner. At conferences, seminars and meetings, where everyone is eating desserts, I feel challenged to maintain my commitment to good nutrition. Even at the finest resorts, there are absolutely no whole grains. And, since I dont eat processed ones, I start to feel carbohydrate deprived.

And then, you know, what are you going to do when they place small servings of crme brulee (all sugar), luscious looking tiramisu or those tiny little tarts with kiwi on top it all looks so innocent and inviting. But, if I can remember that it never makes me feel good, I can usually work up enough gumption to ask the waiter to bring me a big plate of fruit then I indulge myself big time. It makes me feel really good both physically and mentally.

When Im home, Im very lucky that my family believes as I do. We really walk the talk and eat healthy at home all the time. For example, last night we had grilled halibut, stir fried organic asparagus and a salad of organic greens, red peppers, cucumber and low fat feta with olive oil and vinegar. For dessert we had organic raspberries and apricots. It was very satisfying. There was no temptation it was out of sight, out of mind.

Thanks for asking, Monica.

Although I must admit to getting very hungry while reading all your messages, I think you've missed the boat. All I can say is chocolate, chocolate, chocolate!!!!!

Chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate sauce I gave in to that tonight. That's probably my biggest temptation.

I've been trying to keep fruit and applesauce around to nibble on during the day when I crave ice cream

Good God... there are so many I don't know where to begin!!! Some of my latest ones are pizza, quesadillas (or anything with melted cheese), and ice cream.

I just gave in and have a big piece of cake leftover from an office birthday party.... but it was GOOD! so no regrets My biggest temptations are chocolate and anything super sweet like icing so needless to say, I didn't even stand a chance against this cake, lol.

I'm lucky in that most of the things I love are healthy, like asparagus and steak and so on. I'm super happy when Bob makes me an asparagus with cream sauce dish, that is great to me. Also there are a ton of sugar free chocolates on the market now so it's usually easy for me to get my chocolate fix without a lot of sugar.

However I love Bailey's as an evening drink, and that doesn't seem to come in a sugar-free variety ...

I feel bad for those who really cannot stand vegetables and always chose junk food instead. My biggest tempations would be chocolate, and baked goods, or those fast food places if I'm starving and am very low on money...healthy food is my passion though.
