I'm a new knitter making a sleevless sweater. My last 2 rows formed my slip stitch edging and set armhole decreases. My instructions say "keeping stitches correct as set, decrease 1 st at each end of next and foll 4 alt rows." I don't know what the "keeping stitches correct as set" means, and am I suppose to continue with the slip stitches? Thanks kindly for any advice here.
