Hello Everyone. My Name is Linda Paul and I am the new Alternative Medicine host. It has been a real challenge getting everything up and running.. but I feel like I can sit back now and watch and learn. I am always available to try and answer any questions on alternative health issues and treatments. If I don't know the answer I will search it out for you. Hoping to hear from some of you soon.. Love and Light

Hi I'm Jenni, and Xtremely new at all this, but getting there! I'm a massage therapist and at present doing some volunteer work at a retirement village. I've been concerned with the number of ppl getting cancer there and have been doing some research into professor Budwigs' Cottage Cheese and flaxseed diet. just wondering what everyone else thinks of this? Also if anyone knows of something that will help with fibromyalgia? Thanks for your comments, and i realy hope this works!! :)

I take supplements for my fybro and csf. Medication seems to make it worse. I use Glandular's,Magnesium Spray, and Lithium Orotate for the moody days,Plus all the staples of a good vitamin regimen. I do yoga and try to follow the Core book it helps me when ,I forget just how bad it can get.Rest when you need it and work when you can.Insteed of rushing everything into one either get family members to help you or take 10 to 15 minute rests throughout the day.Well of course there is much more ,I have had this along with so much other auto immune problems for the past 15 years.

Although I was never really into 'alternative' treatments per se (I'll try anything--don't get me wrong), I do think that when it comes to massage therapy benefits, aqua therapy, and other such treatments, the results are wonderful and, indeed, should be prescribed for many, many people.
