It seems that much more people question his absence in Washington for so long. He was still yesterday in Crawfort. I guess, they build a new White House there or maybe he has aversion to live in DC, no wonder, I also did not like living there.

SORRY, the FALSE TESTIMONY of Clinton was impeached. CLINTON AND his testimony were impeached. Don't forget, he lost his license to practice law because of this impeachment.
No matter what Democrats say: Congress consists of two houses: The House of Representatives AND The SENATE.
The US Government consists of three branches:
a. Legislative
b. Judicial
e. Executive
Democrats make up the party that believes in lies, lies and how can we fool them today. What is bad for America is good for the Democrat Party.
They have abortion as a sacrement and do not believe in freedom of choice. They believe that Junk Science is all truth.

you are probably right that Clinton was impeached by a House of Repersentatives but released by Senate.
As for Democrats and Republicans - democrats have abortions and Republicans have guns, so no any party is really pacifistic.

Yes, the impeachment is by the House and the trail is by the Senate, as I stated earlier. Clinton was impeached but not convicted by the Senate, the votes on the two accusations being something like 45-55 and 49-50. I suspect the Senate vote was much as a referee decision in a boxing match; the champ is given the benefit of a doubt and retains the champion title even when the common man who witnessed the match may consider it a victory for the challenger. My calls on the definition of impeachment were right on. My calls on Clinton being impeached were wrong. I believe I was misled by the memory of the bottom line - the Senate 'not guilty' vote. I have gone back and corrected the posts.

what does the word "impeach" means? Does it mean "guilty"? Is this word ever used in a common English language or it is just a law term?
