I need help... does anyone know how to rid my hi-lites of the brown stain i recieved from dandruff shampoo? i am fearful that i wasted money on my hi-lights but there has to be a solution. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never had to deal with this problem but I would try a treatment designed to remove any type of build up on the hair. The one that comes to mind is a Malibu treatment. There are others. Look for one that is designed to remove minerals from the hair.

Thanks a lot. I finally got rid of it by washing my hair with dish soap. I know this may be hatsh but it worked and then i followed up with sheer blonde shampoo and conditioner. It all immediately came back. But thanx so much!!!!

This is very weird! I use anti-dandruffs shampoo six times a week and that never caused any problems when I had my hair colored.
