Hello there!My hair is really curly underneath but on the top its just wavy and annoying and i'd really like all my hair to be the same!I've tried scrunching but it looked stupid! does anyone have any ideas on what i could do with the top layer to make it curly also? <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

If you can't scrunch it to make it look good, the easiest thing to do it to perm just the top layer. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I have the opposite problem! You could try putting large hot rollers on the bottom to strtch out the curl. I put little rollers on the bottom of my hair and large ones on top. That might make it a little more even.
