Awesome newsletter! Thank you for your in-depth review of C . . . . that book. <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> I've seen it around lately and I was wondering what in the heck it could possibly be.
My answer to the newsletter exercise question:
I do exercise a few times a week, sometimes just taking my dog for a long walk, or at the small gym I recently signed up for.
But the idea of "having to exercise" can become negative for me, unless I let myself off the hook - that is, not try to be "perfectly fit" - because it's just not my thing to be that disciplined about it.
But it does make me feel better and gives me more energy. It doesn't ever make me lose a lot of weight, but I can tell the difference slightly with my jeans when I'm exercising a little as compared to when I'm not.
I'm of the mind that it's not necessary to run several miles a day, or take an hour-long aerobics class every day. Just some brisk walking, or 20 minutes on a stationary (or real!) bike can make a big difference in how you feel - and hopefully your health, too.
