I've had migraines to the point of nausea and beyond .Mine have almost always been proceeded by scent auras and/or getting the words turned around in my sentences.. Like audio dyslexia. I know I am tempting the migraine goddess; but I've not had one in about a year. Mine are hormonal and follow my periods...that and a cold sore in the right side of my nose. Ack! all this and mammoslams or we lucky or what?

Just another note on dehydration. It has always been very difficult whenever I had blood drawn. A few years ago, a nurse mentioned that I was dehydrated and to drink extra water for a couple of days before. I started doing that, and now they can always find my vein the first time. I also try to drink a lot of water every day. I think it does help one's skin.

You're totally right Sandi. What a great suggestion. It'd be so much easier on our systems too for those who donate blood. To drink a lot of water before and after.
