1 pint whipping cream
2 Tablespoons butter
12 ozs chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
Method~
heat cream & butter to just boiling point.
Pour over C/Chips in glass bowl.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
Beat in Baileys until smooth.
Chill until firm
Quickly roll into 1 " ballsRoll in cocoa powder or unsweetened drinking chocolate & or chopped nuts, or shredded coconut
