Chicken curry

ingredients~~
5 T vegetable oil
425 ml curry sauce
1 teaspoon salt.pinch chilli powder
1lb (450 grams) chicken cooked (*)
1 level teaspoon garam masala
� level teaspoon ground cummin
pinch ground fffenugreek
� tomato thily sliced
1T. finely chopped green corrinder


Method~~
hat the oil in a large dep frying pan.
add the curry sauce ad bring to the boil
without reducing the heat, add salt chilli powder and the cihcken and continue cooking for about 5 minuets,
Now turn down the heat And stir in the garam masala, ground cummin and dried fenugreek, simmer for a further 2-3 minutes.
Put the sliced tomato and � the corianderthen cook another 2 minutes.
Skim off any excess oiland serve sprinkled with the remaining coriander.
