Okay my dad passed this recipie to me, no clue where he got it from.

get a package of stir fry beef (it's cut into strips)
1 yellow bell peper
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
mild salsa
lime juice
cheese
sour cream
flour tortilla shells

put the beef in a plastic bag with salsa and lime juice (I just put in about a 1/4 cup lime juice, but some people like more, some like less... )
I use about half a jar of salsa. Let it marinate for half an hour. cook the meat in a frying pan, until done. Then put the remainder of the salsa and lime juice in a pan with the peppers. Fry those until done. mix the meat and the peppers together, put in tortilla shells with sour cream and cheese... YUMMY!!!!
