I got rid of it this morning because it did nor work! Well it started by working then it stopped working; about twenty to forty minutes after taking it I had some effects then I fell asleep but woke up less than two hours after being in bed then fell asleep for at least one hour but less than two and then after many hours I was able to fall asleep at least twice and one I slept for at least two hours.
I will write a critic of this soon on Amazon Canada then buy another with high critics and recommendations.
