Weekly weigh-in time! I went to a wedding yesterday. Ate everything . Now at 137.4lb, 20.8% fat, 54.7% water, 36.3lb muscle. Time to renew a focus on health. Did my daily yoga this morning, and this afternoon I'll go for a long walk. How are you guys doing?
