From my perspective, it epitomizes the actualization of integrity as it implies that who you are is dependent upon the consistency of your behavior/action.

Connie is right on as saying the hoi polloi/the the masses is redundant as it is believed that in ancient Greece hoi was used as a definite article.
To confirm this, one needs to look no further than the 1935 movie starring the Three Philosophers, er, I mean the Three Stooges which was titled "Hoi Polloi." Who knew that Moe, Larry and Curly were ancient Greek scholars? Which leads me to believe that Curley's utterances of "woo-woo-woo-woo-woo-woo!!!" were much more universally profound than originally believed.
