Serena Williams just won the ESPY for best female tennis player. She played in zero matches during the voting period and her ranking has fallen out of the top 100. Winning the award did give Serena the opportunity to step out in a very revealing hot pink minidress, but it's still not clear exactly she did to win the award this year. Any ideas?
