I've lost 7 pounds so far. I am telling myself I've gained muscle, though! Maybe a little. I watched the Biggest Loser on TV and realized I'm way too gentle on myself! LOL--I need a Jillian yelling at me, too.

I think now I've got the cardio down (walking) and the flexibility is getting better (yoga), I really need to be more disciplined about strength training.

So, that's my new goal. I'll start with the minimum (I always do!) of two sessions a week. Tuesday & Thursday. I'm telling you all so I'll actually feel like I have to! LOL
